Many women are deficient in iron due to a monthly visitor who is never welcome
Many women suffer on a daily basis due to iron deficiency anemia. Our cells are just not equipped with enough red blood cells, ugh. Especially since we bleed most of it out once a month.
A period is a curse so I don't expect it to be pleasant. I do want to be able to function. With that being said, do not consume red meat to get your daily dose of iron. That iron was meant for the animals body not yours!
That same animal got its iron naturally as in through nature.
Humans are actually herbivores so digesting meat actually hurts us deeply. If you bleed clots cut out the red meat and thank me later! The meat causes painful periods & mood swings as well!
Vitamin companies are no better than pharmaceutical companies.
You have no idea how those supplements are being handled or cared for. The capsules many times are made from meat so the body has a hard time getting to what's inside!
The more complex you make something you have to digest the more you have to think did I get the benefits? I can't count how many times as a nurse I found whole capsules in stool.
For now on, I want you to get your iron in a liquid form or use powder supplements containing iron to prepare what I call a smoothie prescription.
Your body will not have to second guess anything it will recognize the iron in its true state. This will allow it to hit the bloodstream and be utilized by your cells instantaneously!
Did you know your body is the actual "Garden of Eden" spiritually? Read my E-book where I break it down for you as well as why you have a period every month!
When you eat for now on I want you to drink a smoothie because vitamin C enhances iron absorption from the food you eat.
Make a smoothie out of these nutritious foods & boost your iron levels overnight!
- Citrus fruit
- Dark green leafy veggies
- Bell peppers
- Melons
- Strawberries
- Chives
- Cilantro
- Basil
- Fennel
- Ginger
Add in these supplements to increase the amount of iron in your smoothie!
Prepare a tonic tea to boost iron levels
Take 1/2 cup of red raspberry leaves, 1 tbsp. of shepherd's purse, a slice of ginger, and boil in 1 gallon of quality water. Drain the leaves from the water. Add 1 tsp of Turmeric powder. Put in 2 tbsp. of Manuka honey, enjoy!
Prepare this a couple days before your period starts.
